We know accidents can happen. If you are concerned with possible damage, we recommend taking pictures from several angles prior to drop-off with the Host. That way, you can accurately observe any changes in your belongings. Regardless of your choice, your first step upon discovering any damage would be to document the incident with pictures of the affected items. Secondly, connect with the Host to try and settle the issue. If a solution cannot be reached or seems too complicated, please contact Roo’s resolution center. We have a premium insurance policy to cover your items up to $3,000 dollars.
