If you feel like you or your property is in immediate jeopardy, please report to the appropriate authorities. Otherwise, we ask that you document as much of the damage as possible with pictures and alert us of the problem. All renters agree to our terms of service when joining Roo, and any violations will be taken seriously. 

In some cases, the issue can be settled directly with the renter. Discussion between the two involved parties is usually the easiest and least time-intensive method to handle the issue. If this is not possible, please reach out to our support team at support@roostorage.com so we can help to find the best solution.

All hosts should review their homeowners policies as well as any local, state, and federal laws that apply to your area before listing with Roo.
