We expect that all hosts adhere to a standard of cleanliness, professionalism, and honesty. We ask that you manage your space in a manner that produces a good experience to any and all renters that use your space(s). Any hosts that lead to the damage of a renter's property through misconduct or gross negligence will be held responsible. 

Roo does provide $3,000 in coverage in cases where damage occurs not due to the fault of the host (or anyone granted access to the space) and the terms of service are not violated.
